Truffles and champignons 80 g

olive oil 0.5 dl

salt, pepper
Directions
Whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper.
Pour the eggs in the mildly heated pan. Do not stir.
Once the eggs set, coat the top creamy surface with truffles and champignons.
Remove the omelette from the heat and roll it.
