White truffle butter 80 g

Lyophilized white truffle 2 g

olive oil 0.5 dl

water 0.,5 ml

salt, pepper
Directions
Whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper.
Soak lyophilized white truffles in 0.5 ml of water.
Pour some olive oil in the pan, add eggs and slowly stir until the eggs start to coagulate and turn into a thick creamy structure.
Add lyophilized truffles and truffle butter.
Combine the ingredients and serve.
